What are the requirements in purchasing a house & lot or lot only unit at Kisan Lu Lands, Inc.?
- Buyer’s Profile (fully accomplished & signed)
- Reservation Agreement (signed)
- Reservation Fee
- Identification Card (SSS, Driver’s License, Passport)
- 2 pcs. 2×2 ID picture of spouses, if married
- Marriage Contract, if married (photocopy)
- Birth Certificate, if single (photocopy)
- Post-dated checks for Equity and Balloon Check for Amortization
- TIN Verification slip (original)
- Proof of Income (local: ITR; OFW: Contract of Employment & Compensation or
- Cert. of Employment&Compensation and latest payslip) – photocopy

What are the initial requirements upon reservation?

Who are not qualified in purchasing a house & lot or lot only unit at Kisan Lu Lands, Inc?
- Clients more than 60 years old – could have the account name under any relative below 60 years old.
Who should issue Special Power of Attorney?
- Clients you cannot transact directly and personally in the office.
Where should the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) be notarized?
- In the country where the principal issuer of the SPA is currently located. (With Red Ribbon , if abroad).
What are the acceptable valid Identification Cards (IDs)?
- Philippine government issued IDs like SSS, Driver’s License, Postal ID and Passport.
What if the client does not have enough cheques to issue for the amortization?
- Client can issue atleast 12 downpayment cheques plus a balloon cheque for the remaining balance. Amount in the balloon cheque is equivalent to the remaining balance.
Can I issue post dated cheque (PDC) for the reservation fee?
- Yes, dated on the day of the reservation.
Can I avail of bank or hdmf financing?
- Yes. It is the client’s responsibility to quality as a bank/hdmf loan beneficiary.
What if I decide to discontinue paying for the unit I purchased, what will happen to the payments made?
- All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
